Grateful
It Really is Great!
Practicing gratefulness has a profound and calming effect on my life.
When I set my mind on appreciation, I can shift my focus from what is lacking to the abundance of what I have, allowing me to navigate the ups and downs of life with greater ease. It’s just that easy!
“So much Gratitude wound up in this image. The list is infinite. I’m awed by it!”
This act of acknowledging and appreciating the positives brings a sense of peace and contentment, soothing my mind and grounding me in the present moment.
Gratitude has encouraged me to always find the silver lining in difficult situations.
When the bolt came loose from my iron leg brace while walking down the aisle in 4th Grade Assembly, I loved the idea that I had to go home from school to get it fixed.
I was always able to make light of embarrassing moments because of my polio leg. It never seemed to bother me. I am grateful for that.
Ultimately, the practice of gratitude acts as a calming balm, soothing our souls and reminding us to find joy in the everyday moments.
