My art tells the story of these wisdoms. My pursuit is to capture the energy of joy in the moment.

In each blog post, I will be sharing my story of strength and courage that is the backbone for capturing the sensations of joy.

The lessons spoken touch deep into my soul and wrestle from it, those beliefs which no longer serve me. This is my medicine. I am healed by it.
